Can we keep our existing telephone numbers?

In many cases, yes. Number porting depends on the current provider, number type, account records and an accepted porting order. 39T will check the details before setting a migration date.

Can staff use the phone system away from the office?

A properly configured 3CX deployment can support approved desk phones, desktop or web clients and mobile apps, subject to licensing, security policy and the agreed design.

Can 39T supply the handsets and telephone service?

Will calls still work if the office internet fails?
