Tenant separation
Keep occupiers, guests, building systems and management traffic logically separated.
39T brings managed security, business Wi-Fi, leased lines and business phone systems together—giving organisations and serviced offices one team to plan, deliver and support essential communications.
Rather than treating internet, Wi-Fi, security and calling as separate purchases, 39T can bring them together as one managed service.
Secure gateways, network separation, filtering and practical controls designed around the way your team works.

When separate companies own the firewall, Wi-Fi and internet connection, faults and responsibilities can become unclear. A joined-up design gives the business a more coherent service and a single route for support.
Flexible workspaces need more than a shared router. They need reliable building connectivity, secure separation between occupiers, straightforward onboarding and support that understands the operator as well as the tenant.

39T connectivity is supported by the network engineering of 39D Services Limited. Its autonomous network, AS34979, is listed as a participant in the Mutually Agreed Norms for Routing Security (MANRS) Network Operators programme.
MANRS promotes practical safeguards including route filtering, anti-spoofing, accurate operational contact information and published routing data that other networks can validate. These practices help reduce the risk and impact of route leaks, route hijacks and traffic using forged source addresses.
39T is recruiting independent agents to develop territories across the UK, with a particular focus on leased lines, managed Wi-Fi, business security, 3CX phone systems, SIP trunks and serviced offices.
